OUR AUTUMN BREAD PROGRAM
We have been crafting our artisanal bread program for the past year and we are excited to share our new fermented creations on our fall menu.
Our head baker Sharon takers her cues and sourdough starter from Bobolink , with recipes including a Rumson Community Vines Red sourdough, a Black Rice Bread, our Rustic Wheat & featured above, a Beer Rye Sourdough served with a squash sauerkraut.
