We Love To Get Together In The Summer
Our first intimate event of the season is coming up this Saturday from 6-9 at The Herbary at Beak Creek Farm and we’d love to have you join us!
My crew and I will be creating an amazing meal for 50 very special guests and we want you to be one of them!
Come sample dishes from the land and the sea (check out the link below for our menu for that evening)
My husband, Artist Scott Szegeski will be doing a live demonstration of the art of Gyotaku (a traditional Japanese printmaking method) during the event so you’ll be able to learn a bit about this amazing process and will see in real time what the process of Gyotaku looks like.
We’re hosting this get together off-site at the spectacular Herbary at Bear Creek. You’ll be welcome to explore everything from the farm animals to the gardens of this 13-acre location before and after dinner. We love The Herbary and we’re sure once you allow yourself a chance to wander the grounds, you’ll feel the same way.
The Community Gives Back
While we know the location, the live art demonstration, and the rich variety of fresh decadent food will surely make you feel great, there is one other reason this event will have you feeling fantastic: A portion of our ticket sales go toward the Surfrider Foundation ( a grassroots non-profit that works to protect and preserve the worlds oceans and beaches) and The Honeybee Conservancy (a non-profit that places bees in community gardens to ensure healthy, local food for all)
